Paul Hastings Advised J.P. Morgan And Goldman Sachs On Financing For ONEOK's Acquisition Of Medallion Midstream And Enlink Midstream
Paul Hastings LLP has provided Legal Counsel to J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in securing $6 billion in committed financing for ONEOK’s acquisition of Medallion Midstream.
This acquisition includes ONEOK's purchase of Global Infrastructure Partners' (GIP) 100% equity interest in Medallion Midstream, as well as its approximately 43% equity interest and non-economic ownership interest in the managing member of Enlink Midstream.
ONEOK is a prominent midstream operator, is known for delivering energy products and services essential to the advancement of global infrastructure. The company specializes in gathering, processing, fractionation, transportation, and storage services.
GIP is a leading infrastructure investor with a focus on owning and operating large-scale assets across various sectors, including energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and water and waste management.
