King & Spalding advised ServiceNow, a leader in AI-driven business transformation platforms, on its acquisition of Cuein, a company specializing in AI-native conversation data analysis and insights.
ServiceNow’s cloud-based platform streamlined digital workflows for IT, HR, customer service, and other enterprise functions. The acquisition aimed to strengthen ServiceNow’s AI Agents’ capabilities by enhancing their ability to process and transform customer interaction data from various channels into actionable insights.
