Hogan Lovells Acted on Historic Sponsorship Agreement for Guidehouse and D.C. United
International law firm Hogan Lovells facilitated a significant sponsorship agreement between global consultancy Guidehouse Inc. and D.C. United, a prominent men's soccer club based in Washington D.C.
Headquartered in Virginia, Guidehouse is a leading global provider of consulting services in risk management, technology, and related fields. This diverse company serves both public and commercial clients and has employees stationed across the US, Germany, India, and other international locations.
Starting with the 2024 Major League Soccer season, Guidehouse's logo will take centre stage on the front of D.C. United's home and away jerseys, becoming a visible symbol of their partnership. This prominent branding extends to both the D.C. United Academy and professional eMLS team kits, showcasing Guidehouse's support across all levels of the club.
This groundbreaking front-of-kit partnership marks a historic first in MLS, uniting a major club with a global consultancy for the first time.
Partner Steve Argeris (based in Washington, D.C. and New York) and associate Lexi Bender (located in Boston) spearheaded the Hogan Lovells team.
