Hogan Lovells acted for Flexcavo on sale to Trackunit
Hogan Lovells, led by Munich Partner Nikolas Zirngibl and Counsel Thiemo Woertge, advised the shareholders of Berlin-based construction tech start-up Flexcavo on the sale of their company to global IoT services provider Trackunit.
Following the transaction, Flexcavo will continue to operate and develop its software solution, which specializes in data-enabled workflow and process management for the construction industry. The company aims to help contractors and rental companies increase efficiency, lower costs, and improve collaboration across construction sites, yards, and headquarters.
Flexcavo was founded in 2020 to speed up the digital transformation of the construction industry. As a pioneer in the field, the company focuses on creating an environment on construction sites with automated work processes for construction equipment, tools, and materials.
Hogan Lovells previously advised Flexcavo GmbH on a seed financing round, as well as on other venture capital funding matters.
Hogan Lovells Team for Flexcavo GmbH included Dr. Nikolas Zirngibl (Partner), Thiemo Woertge (Counsel), Dr. Kilian Pfahl (Senior Associate) (all Corporate/Venture Capital, Munich), Dr. Andreas Eggert (Counsel, Tax, Munich).
