Galadari Advocates Expands Corporate Practice With the Addition of Charbel Fadel as Partner

Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has boosted its expertise in the corporate practice by hiring Charbel Fadel as a partner.
Fadel is an expert in corporate, finance, and commercial laws. He advises on matters related to real estate, energy, international trade, and finance sectors under the United Arab Emirates (UAE) laws. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, contractors, foreign and domestic companies, and family businesses.
On behalf of the buyers and the sellers in the Middle East, he acted on various corporate and commercial transactions. It included assisting with the restructuring and sale of companies and advising on joint ventures, agency and franchise agreements, security, and facility agreements.
Expressing his enthusiasm at Fadel’s arrival, Abdulla Galadari, the senior partner at Galadari Advocates stated that Fadel’s knowledge and valuable network would strengthen the firm’s corporate and non-contentious services and offerings. Along with the existing team, he would enrich the firm’s impressive expertise.
