Eversheds Sutherland Assisted Foursan Group in Acquisition of Stake in Mena Solutions
Eversheds Sutherland Assisted Foursan Group in Acquisition of Stake in Mena Solutions
Eversheds Sutherland has provided advisory services to its longstanding client, Foursan Group, in their recent acquisition of a 21 per cent minority stake in Mena Solutions Limited.
Foursan Group, a specialised private equity firm, is dedicated to investing in companies located in the Levant and North Africa regions, spanning diverse industries. The group employs a strategic approach, targeting businesses with significant growth prospects and opportunities for regional or international expansion. Their goal is to nurture successful enterprises at the national and regional levels.
Mena Solutions Limited, known by its brand name 'MenaITech,' is a software company registered in the Cayman Islands. It has established a prominent presence in the MENA region, particularly in Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. MenaITech specialises in delivering cutting-edge human resources technology solutions, catering to the unique needs of organisations in the region.
The Eversheds Sutherland team, led by partner Lana Habash (pictured), with the assistance of associate Mayce Khayri, played a key role in the transaction. In addition, the cross-border matter received valuable support from Maples Group, who acted as Cayman Counsel during the acquisition process.
