DLA Piper advised OSF Digital in acquisition of Original Shift
DLA Piper assisted OSF Digital in acquiring Original Shift, a US-based Salesforce partner specializing in Salesforce CPQ and Billing services for the high-tech industry. OSF Digital provides digital transformation services to companies globally.
The acquisition of Original Shift will give OSF Digital a new Salesforce Revenue Cloud practice, enhance its multi-cloud capabilities, boost its presence in the communications, media and technology sectors, and expand its product and service offerings.
With over 2,200 employees in 49 offices around the world, and serving over 1,400 global clients, this acquisition is a key step in OSF Digital's growth strategy.
"It was a privilege to advise OSF on this critical acquisition, which will deepen its digital services and solutions and expand its high-tech customer base in North America," said Eric Grossman, the DLA Piper partner who led the deal team.
"On behalf of our team, it was a pleasure to advise the OSF team and have an opportunity to demonstrate our extensive M&A and technology capabilities," Grossman added.
In addition to Eric Grossman (Northern Virginia), the DLA Piper team representing OSF included partners Thomas Hendershot (Northern Virginia) and Anil Kalia (Silicon Valley); counsel Todd Mobley and associate Breegan Mayrant (both Dallas).
DLA Piper advises tech clients worldwide through its global technology sector lawyers. The firm's global corporate legal team, consisting of over 1,000 lawyers, assists clients with the smooth execution of intricate transactions and supports businesses at all stages of growth. The firm holds a 13-year consecutive number-one ranking in global M&A volume according to Mergermarket.
