Dentons Advised Consortium On Acquisition Of 60% Stake In Metito Utilities
Dentons has advised a consortium consisting of the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (TAEF) and Zamil Group Investments Company on its acquisition of a 60% stake in Metito Utilities Limited. Metito, a globally recognized leader in water and wastewater management solutions, operates across the MENA region, Africa, Eastern Europe, and China.
This acquisition marks a pivotal step in the consortium’s strategic expansion into the water and wastewater management sector, emphasizing its commitment to sustainable development and infrastructure enhancement in key regions.
Corporate Partner Ziad Saad, based in Dentons’ Riyadh office, commented, “We are proud to have supported TAEF and Zamil Group Investments Company in this landmark acquisition. This transaction underscores Dentons’ capability to deliver comprehensive legal solutions in complex, cross-border deals.”
