Debevoise & Plimpton Advised S&S Activewear And Clayton Dubilier & Rice On Acquisition Of Alphabroder
Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advised S&S Activewear and its majority owner Clayton Dubilier & Rice in S&S Activewear’s acquisition of alphabroder. The agreement marked a significant expansion for S&S Activewear, a tech-enabled provider of apparel and accessories, uniting it with alphabroder, a leading distributor of trade, retail, and branded apparel.
The transaction creates a combined entity poised to enhance customer and supplier services across diverse corporate and consumer markets. This merger will provide a broader product selection and an expanded portfolio of premium brands. S&S Activewear plans to invest substantially in technology, integration, sales force expansion, supply chain improvements, and employee experience, aiming to deliver substantial benefits to customers and industry partners.
