Clyde & Co advised JA Mitsui Leasing Capital Corporation (JAML) on a loan facility extended to blue squared Group as borrower, to finance the purchase of one bulk carrier.
JAML is a Japanese leasing company offering finance leases, operating leases, and loan facilities, particularly catering to the maritime industry.
blue squared Group, headquartered in Switzerland, is a shipping company focused on sustainability and offering end-to-end ship management services. Operating under a new flag, the company brings with it a legacy of 120 years of family history in shipping.
