Clyde & Co Advised Big Bus Tours On Strategic Acquisition Of Tour Dubai
Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Big Bus Tours' recent acquisition of Tour Dubai, a leading experience operator in the bustling tourism hub of Dubai. This strategic move not only bolsters Big Bus Tours' presence in the Middle East but also underscores the company's broader vision to enrich its customers' experiences worldwide.
Big Bus Tours, renowned as the world’s largest operator of open-top sightseeing experiences, operates in 26 iconic cities spanning four continents. With a mission to inspire adventure and exploration, the company's acquisition of Tour Dubai represents a significant step towards diversifying its offerings and solidifying its position as a premier global tourist attraction.
Tour Dubai, boasting over three decades of experience in delivering premium and authentic adventures, brings a wealth of expertise and a respected tourism brand to the Big Bus Tours portfolio.
