Clifford Chance Advised BlackRock On Launch Of European Bitcoin ETP
Clifford Chance advised BlackRock on the launch of a new bitcoin exchange-traded product (ETP) across multiple European and UK jurisdictions.
This European product offers investors exposure to bitcoin via an exchange-traded instrument, catering to the increasing global demand for digital asset investment opportunities. The ETP will be traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, and Euronext Amsterdam.
The launch further strengthens Clifford Chance’s track record in advising global clients on innovative financial products, including digital assets.
