Clifford Chance Advised Ascentium On Acquisition Of Virtuzone
Clifford Chance has advised Ascentium, a prominent global business services platform headquartered in Singapore, on its acquisition of Virtuzone, a UAE-based award-winning provider of company formation solutions, corporate services, and tax consultancy.
This strategic acquisition marks Ascentium’s entry into the dynamic Middle East markets, positioning the company to establish a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and expand its reach across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Deniz Tas, Partner at Clifford Chance and transaction lead, commented: "We are grateful to the Ascentium team for entrusting our cross-practice, cross-border team of specialists to support them on their entry into the Middle East market with this strategically important transaction."
