Baker McKenzie acted on Financing of Mimacom Flowable Group Stake Buyout by Ardian
Migros Bank AG, UBS Switzerland AG, and Zürcher Kantonalbank were represented by Baker McKenzie as arrangers and original lenders, while UBS Switzerland AG acted as agent and security agent in relation to the financing of the acquisition of a stake in Flowable Holding AG and its subsidiaries (MFG) by the private investment firm Ardian.
MFG, headquartered in Switzerland, provides services, software development, digital transformation, cloud, and data consultancy to blue-chip clients in the finance, insurance, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. With over 500 employees and a presence in 10 locations worldwide, MFG is a leading player in its industry. Ardian, a private investment house, manages or advises assets worth over US $150 billion for more than 1,400 clients across the globe.
Baker McKenzie provided legal and tax advice to the financing parties involved in the transaction, with Markus Wolf (banking and finance, Zurich) leading the team.
