AS&H Clifford Chance Advised On Nice One Beauty’s IPO On Saudi Exchange
AS&H Clifford Chance acted as legal counsel to SNB Capital and EFG Hermes KSA in their roles as joint financial advisors and joint underwriters, with SNB Capital also serving as lead manager, for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing of Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Company on the Saudi Exchange.
The IPO involved 34,650,000 ordinary shares, representing 30% of the company's share capital, raising SAR 1.2 billion and achieving an implied market capitalization exceeding SAR 4 billion.
Established in 2017, Nice One is a prominent online platform for beauty and personal care products in Saudi Arabia, with a strong footprint across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The AS&H Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction was led by Mansoor Alhagbani, Partner and Head of Capital Markets, along with Partner Omar Rashid, Counsel Rakan Kawar, Senior Associate Haifa AlDamegh, and Associate Reema Alnafisi.
This milestone IPO underscores AS&H Clifford Chance’s expertise in supporting landmark capital markets transactions in the region.
