Allen & Overy (A&O) has Advised Ardian, a prominent private investment firm, the management team, and other stakeholders on the sale of majority stake in UK-based Audiotonix to PE firm PAI Partners. Audiotonix, headquartered in Britain, holds a dominant position in the Global Market, specializing in the design, engineering, and production of professional audio mixing consoles and associated solutions.
Audiotonix equipment’s are utilized during tours for renowned live performers such as Taylor Swift, U2, and Coldplay. With the most extensive specialized research and development team in the professional audio mixing console sector, the brands offer crucial live sound support across various platforms including TV, theatre, large-scale events, and concerts.
