Allen & Overy acted for PAI Partners on acquisition of majority stake in Infra Group
The investment will support its management team to deliver the group’s growth strategy
Allen & Overy has advised PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Infra Group, a multi-disciplinary network infrastructure services provider, headquartered in Belgium, Germany.
PAI Partners will become the largest shareholder in Infra Group, joining current investors ICG, Andera Partners and the management team led by Tom Vendelmans.
Infra Group is a leading player in infrastructure services across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, with over EUR750m in annual revenues and over 3,000 highly skilled technical staff.
PAI Partners will draw on its expertise in infrastructure and technical services to further strengthen the company’s position and accelerate its expansion.
The Allen & Overy team was led by Paris Partner Marc Castagnède and Brussels Partner Frederiek Adams. They were supported on corporate aspects by Paris counsel Jules Lecoeur, Brussels senior associate Juno Hautekiet, Paris associate Gaëtan Le Bris, and Brussels associate Claire Contreras Latorre.
The tax aspects team included Paris Partner Guillaume Valois, Brussels Partner Patrick Smet and Paris counsel Charles del Valle.
The financing aspects were dealt with by London Partner Adam Zecharia and London senior associate Yasmin Joharchi.
