Coller Credit Opportunities I received advice from Akin Gump about the successful purchase of fund interests from Cathay Life Insurance Co.
Coller was one of four purchasers in the transaction. It entailed the purchase of Cathay Life's stakes in eight private funds. The portfolio's estimated total worth was $300 million. The deal is another industry-leading transaction that the Coller Credit Secondaries team has closed.
