Trilegal advised book running lead managers on Syrma SGS Technology IPO
Trilegal advised DAM Capital, ICICI Securities and IIFL Securities (collectively the Book Running Lead Managers) on the initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares by Syrma SGS Technology Limited. The Offer included a fresh issue of equity shares amounting to INR 7,660 million and an offer for the sale of INR 741.26 million by a promoter selling shareholder.
Syrma SGS Technology, incorporated in 2004, is a Chennai-based technology-focused engineering and design company engaged in turnkey Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). Its customers include TVS Motor Company, AO Smith India Water Products, Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solution, Eureka Forbes and Total Power Europe BV.
The company has a large product portfolio, which includes printed circuit boards, RFIDS, electromagnetic, electromechanical parts and other products such as SSDs, USB flash drives, etc. Its products are primarily focused towards end-use industries such as automotive, Healthcare, IT, industrial appliances and others. It operates through eleven manufacturing facilities in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and has three R&D facilities which are located in Tamil Nadu, Haryana, and Germany.
