Latham & Watkins LLP advised OfferFit, an AI decisioning company, on its US$325 million acquisition by Braze, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRZE), a leading customer engagement platform. The transaction is subject to standard closing adjustments. This acquisition strengthens Braze’s AI capabilities and enhances its customer engagement offerings.
