ADNH Catering, with legal support from Ibrahim & Partners (as local counsel) and White & Case (as international counsel), has announced plans to offer 900 million shares, representing 40% of its share capital, through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). The shares being offered are all existing shares held by Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC, a prominent semi-government hospitality group based in Abu Dhabi.
Nadim El Haj, Chief Legal Officer of Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC and Secretary to the Board of ADNH Catering PLC, Steered the structuring and execution of the transaction.
Ibrahim & Partners’ legal team for the transaction included Managing Partner Ahmed Ibrahim, Senior Associate Bahjat Al-Jayyousi, Counsel Nour Aljafari, and Associate Wadih Chalhoub, who collectively contributed to the deal's success.
The IPO presents a significant opportunity for investors to become part of one of the UAE’s leading food and support services providers. ADNH Catering is well-positioned to benefit from the growth of the regional food services market, especially in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering strong potential for future expansion.
