DLA Piper Announces New Appointments To Its International Board
DLA Piper Announces New Appointments to Its International Board
DLA Piper has unveiled updates to its International Board, effective 1 January 2025. Bruno Giuffrè has been re-elected, while Katherine Chew, Caoimhe Clarkin, and Sonia de Kondserovsky have been appointed as new members, each bringing expertise from key global markets.
Bruno Giuffrè (Milan) begins his second term on the Board. He leads the firm’s Insurance team in Italy, advising clients on corporate and professional risks and their litigation and insurance implications.
Katherine Chew (Singapore) joins the Board, bringing extensive experience in cross-border M&A and corporate reorganizations. Kat leads the M&A and corporate reorganizations practice in Singapore and is also a ranked employment lawyer.
Caoimhe Clarkin (Dublin) contributes her expertise in litigation and regulatory issues. As head of the litigation and regulatory practice in Ireland, she advises clients across sectors such as consumer goods, financial services, and insurance on disputes, risk management, and regulatory matters.
Sonia de Kondserovsky (Paris) joins as an M&A partner and Head of the Life Sciences sector in France. Her experience spans cross-border transactions, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and joint ventures.
