Clifford Chance advised Mondi on successfully securing unconditional clearance from the European Commission for the acquisition of the Western Europe Packaging Assets of Schumacher Packaging.

The approval from the European Commission marks a key regulatory milestone, enabling Mondi to move forward with its strategic expansion in the European packaging sector.
