Link Legal Secures Win for Dr. Prannoy Roy in a Contempt Case before the Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court was pleased to dismiss a contempt petition filed by Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pachauri alleging violation of a ‘John Doe’ injunction order passed by the High Court restraining media houses from publishing any stories pertaining to sexual harassment allegations made against Dr. Pachauri.

The single judge Hon’ble Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora noted that the article published by NDTV was not violative of the injunction order. As such, so far as Dr. Prannoy Roy was concerned the contempt petition was dismissed.
