Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan successfully represented Yes Bank Limited before the Supreme Court
The Commercial Disputes team of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan successfully represented Yes Bank Limited before the Supreme Court in an Appeal filed by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited in matter arising out of termination of a power purchase agreement.
