Mumbai, November 29, 2022: Kalki Fashion, a prominent luxury ethnic wear brand moves Bombay High Court over trademark infringement, against Kalki Trendz, a Surat-based company. Kalki Fashion was founded 15 years ago and has become a household name in the fashion and entertainment world. Delhi based advocate Namrata Pahwa is the advisor and legal counsel representing Kalki Fashion and was able to get an ex-parte ad interim injunction order by Justice Chagla. Kalki Trendz has agreed to retract all its trademark registrations from the IP Registry and is also going to completely re-do its branding so as to avoid any infringement.
