Dr. Michael Rüberg

Dr. Michael Rüberg is an attorney at law whose practise is focused on patent infringement proceedings. He has been representing numerous clients in the German patent infringement courts and, in cooperation with patent attorneys from all technical fields, in parallel invalidity proceedings at the Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office. Michael is frequently involved in the coordination of cross-border patent infringement disputes, both contentious and non-contentious.
