Sandip Bhagat is a Partner at S&R Associates. Sandip Bhagat has previously worked with Shearman & Sterling in New York and Singapore and an Indian law firm in New Delhi. In 2005, he has founded S&R Associates and is presently based in its Mumbai office.
In 1989, Sandip has completed his B.A. Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi, an LL.B. from the University of Delhi in 1992 and an LL.M. from Cornell University in 1993.
Sandip is the member of the SEBI’s Primary Markets Advisory Committee (PMAC).
