Nina Gupta is the Managing Partner at Bhasin & Co., Advocates. Nina is a veteran in the legal space with over 42 years of practice.

Apart from spearheading the Supreme Court Litigation Section of the Firm she specialises in Labour and Employment Laws, ADR, Aviation Laws and has been actively associated with various statutory air crash enquiries, payment of compensation to the air crash victims, vetting of wet and dry lease agreements of Aircraft, etc. Her practice areas also include Banking Law, Product Liability and Real Estate.

Nina has been selected Arbitrator by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and also serves as the Vice President of Delhi Chapter of Society of Indian Law Firms. She is also a qualified Mediator recognised by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India.

She has been awarded ‘Woman of Substance, Leadership Excellence Award by Legal League Consulting and Management Consultants to the Global Legal Industry. Nina has also been conferred with Award of “Exceptional Women of Excellence” by All Ladies League & Women Economic Forum.

She is recipient of ‘Empowering Women’ award by Indo American Chamber of Commerce and recently has been conferred with ‘Woman Lawyer of the Year’ award by BW Legal World.

She has keen interest in promoting education among girls and is a honorary Vice President of Managing Committee of Kunwar Khush Waqt Rai Balika Inter College, Lakhimpur Kheri - UP.

She has served two terms as Executive Member of Supreme Court Bar Association. She is presently elected Member of Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) of Supreme Court of India.
