A diversely skilled in-house lawyer, strategic advisor to Management and leader with almost 20 years of experience in Legal advisory, Commercial transactions, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Risk Management Litigation, Ethics & Employment. She has extensive experience in business strategy, crisis management and commercial litigation. Nandita is a trusted partner and advisor to Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership teams on strategic decisions, trans-jurisdictional matters and complex legal issues. She is known for partnering with other corporate leaders to transform business operations while concurrently managing enterprise-wide risk. With seasoned people skills, transformational leadership style and a big-picture vision, she has the ability to execute any task with discipline and effectiveness.

She has contributed to helping businesses win in complex environments while guiding them to operate within the parameters of the law. Having done her bachelor’s in Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Gera began her legal career with PepsiCo as Manager–Legal, followed by Schlumberger as an Indirect Tax Manager and then joined Titus & Company Advocates as a Partner. She joined DB Schenker in 2018 as National Head-Legal, Risk Management &Compliance and was later promoted to Director – Legal, Risk management and Compliance in 2020.

Nandita bagged the Star Women Lawyer of the Year Award at Women in Law Excellence Awards by Legal Era (2021); Excellence in Execution-INM Finance Award (2009) at Schlumberger; Letter of Appreciation by Group MD-Inter Globe Group (2016); BU General Manager Cost Saver Award at PepsiCo (2007).
