Manish Sansi is Chief Law Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited. He heads Pan-India Legal functions including contracting, litigation, compliance, fraud and security; and Commercial functions that includes procurement, logistics and warehousing functions of VIL. Being result-oriented in approach and taking time-specific initiatives, Manish at the helm of VIL’s legal team has ensured massive cost savings both within Legal & Commercial framework.
He has successfully executed several high-value commercial contracts. Ensuring governance compliance with the help of established governance principles, Manish has been ensuring a stringent process framework for fraud risk and security management that has helped in detection and prevention of several frauds/breach/violations. Manish handles several complex legal aspects concerning regulatory matters of VIL.
Taking over the function of Chief Legal Officer of VIL and then the function of Chief Commercial Officer of VIL, Manish believes that his priority has been to transform the team and its ways of working and to achieve the same various initiatives undertaken by him, which have yielded several positive outcomes.
