He brings a wealth of information & experience of working in major markets such as India, over 20 countries in the EU, USA, China, Iran & other central Asian countries, ASEAN & MENA regions.
Mr. Khurana set up India Law Offices LLP, a full-service law firm, in 2003 with a quest to bring international standards of legal services to India and he has worked relentlessly for more than two decades without diluting this vision.
He has represented various foreign companies wishing to enter Indian markets and Indian companies willing to enter international markets. The services cover the entire lifecycle of a business starting from incorporation of legal structures, assistance with finance, fund raising, finding business or joint venture partners and acquisitions or divestments for businesses within India & various jurisdictions all over the world. He has a deep understanding of cross-border dispute resolution, including international arbitrations & litigation across continents.

Within India he has set up offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. He has been the driving force behind building up a network of quality lawyers in 70+ cities in India.
