Dinkar is a Partner with the Restructuring & Turnaround Services practice in EY and has nearly 19 years of professional experience. He has led multiple & complex engagements – both as an Advisor and as Interim Management – focused on Crisis Management, Liquidity Management, & the Restructuring/Turnaround of distressed & stressed companies in the retail, industrial products, infrastructure, healthcare, and automotive components space.

Dinkar served on committees constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to assist the implementation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Dinkar is now a licensed Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and is performing the role of a Resolution Professional in a few cases under IBC, 2016.

Dinkar also has extensive experience in the Transactions space, including Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, and Post Merger Integration services having advised clients on many Domestic, Inbound, and Cross-Border mergers and acquisitions; private equity placements; and AIM listing transactions.
