TT&A Advised International Finance Corp On Investment In Artemis Medicare Services
In a significant healthcare investment deal, prominent Indian law firm Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on their proposed equity investment in Artemis Medicare Services Limited. The investment involves a subscription to 33,000 fully paid compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) of Artemis through a private placement, with a total value of ₹3,300 million.
TT&A's experienced transaction team, led by Joint Managing Partner Gautam Saha and Partner Swati Chauhan, ensured smooth sailing for the deal.
