Trilegal advised Tata Sons and Tata Electronics on the fiscal support agreement executed with India Semiconductor Mission, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, for establishing India’s first commercial semiconductor fabrication facility in Dholera, Gujarat.

The semiconductor fab marks a significant milestone in India’s push for self-reliance in advanced technology manufacturing, aligning with the country’s semiconductor mission. The project is expected to enhance India's capabilities in chip manufacturing and contribute to global supply chain resilience.
