Indian law firm Trilegal has advised on the proposed public issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) by Muthoot Finance Limited.
Under the new Securities and Exchange Bureau of India (SEBI) Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities Regulations, 2021, it is the first public issuance of NCDs undertaken by Muthoot.
