Trilegal Advised Auxilo Finserve on its Rs. 470 Crores Equity Fundraise from Investors
Trilegal advised Auxilo Finserve Private Limited on its Rs. 470 crores equity fundraise from Tata Capital Growth Fund II, Trifecta Leaders Fund-I, Xponentia Opportunities Fund-II, and existing shareholder ICICI Bank Limited. The transaction closure is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
Akash Bhanshali and Balrampur Chini promoted Auxilo Finserve Private Limited, is a leading non-banking finance company (NBFC) focused on providing education finance in India. The funds raised will empower Auxilo to expand its lending capabilities and strengthen its position as a key player in the NBFC sector to create sustainable value for its stakeholders in the coming years.
The transaction was led by Corporate Partners Kabeer Mathur and Kunal Chandra, along with TMT Partner Jyotsna Jayaram.
