The firm, having offices in New Delhi and Mumbai, provides legal services to national and international clients

The Indian law firm, S&R Associates is representing the committee of independent directors of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited in its proposed merger with its subsidiary JMC Projects (India) Limited, a listed civil construction and infrastructure company.

Both Kalpatatu and JMC Projects are engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services.

While partners Rajat Sethi and Rachael Israel led the S&R team; associate Raya Hazarika assisted them.
