S&R Associates Represented Indiabulls Real Estate Limited

S&R Associates is representing Indiabulls Real Estate Limited (to be renamed Equinox India Developments Limited), a listed company, in its INR 39.10 billion preferential allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants to investors; acquisitions of real estate projects in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai for aggregate consideration of INR 18.53 billion; and debt funding of INR 6.45 billion. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including shareholder approval.

The S&R team is led by partner Pratichi Mishra, and includes associates Samyak Jain, Oshika Nayak, Durga Prasad Mohapatra and Advaita Kapoor.
