S&R Associates is representing Hindustan Media Ventures Limited in its proposed INR 69.9 million investment in iDecorwala Spacefold Interiortech Labs, a technology and e-commerce company focused on home décor.
Hindustan Media Ventures Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of publishing Hindustan, a Hindi daily, and Hindi magazines, and undertakes commercial printing jobs.
Incorporated in February 2024, iDecorwala Spacefold Interiortech Labs Private Limited is operating under the trade name “iDecorwala” and is an exclusive marketplace for the sale of home fabrication and décor products such as wallpapers, wall murals, etc. The company is also engaged in the business of providing customized solutions to consumers for interior décor of residential premises.
The S&R team is led by Partner Radhika Iyer and includes Associate Varun Yadav.
