S&R Associates is representing Freight Commerce Solutions, the operator of the "Freight Tiger" digital platform in the logistics industry, in a proposed INR 1.5 billion strategic investment in 26.79% of its share capital by Tata Motors Limited, a listed global automotive manufacturer. The transaction is subject to customary conditions.

The S&R team is led by partner Sudip Mahapatra and counsel Prateek Sharma, and includes associates Priya Kapadia and Varun Yadav on corporate matters; and counsel Dr. Deborshi Barat on data privacy and regulatory matters.
