S&R Associates represented Citigroup Global Markets and J.P. Morgan, placement agents, in the INR 52.26 billion initial offer through a private placement of ordinary units by Cube Highways Trust, an infrastructure investment trust sponsored by the Cube Highways group and operating road assets in India. The ordinary units are listed on the stock exchanges in India.

The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Pratichi Mishra and included associates Dhanush Dinesh, Anmol Kanodia and Taneesh Shah.
