S&R Associates Represented Aavishkaar Capital On Its Investment In GoDesi Mandi
S&R Associates represented Aavishkaar Capital, an impact investment firm, in its recent investment in GoDesi Mandi (GO DESi), a burgeoning packaged foods brand, as part of a Series B funding round. The funding round, which saw participation from certain existing investors.
Bengaluru-based packaged food startup Go DESi secured Rs 41 crore from Aavishkaar Capital in this latest funding round, marking the seventh investment from the Aavishkaar India Fund VI. Notably, existing investors Rukam Capital, Roots Ventures, and DSG Consumer also participated in this funding round, highlighting the confidence in Go DESi's growth trajectory.
Go DESi plans to strategically utilize the funds to expand its business geographically, enhance SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) presence, and fortify its operational capacity. The infusion of capital will enable Go DESi to further leverage its unique offerings influenced by regional flavors and tastes.
