S&R Associates advised United Parcel Service on a JV with InterGlobe Enterprises
The alliance will provide logistics services and solutions under Movin, a new brand for the Indian market
S&R Associates, an Indian law firm, with offices in New Delhi and Mumbai, has represented United Parcel Service (UPS), the Atlanta-based global leader in logistics, in the creation of a joint-venture in India with InterGlobe Enterprises, Indian travel and hospitality conglomerate.
The S&R team was led by partners Rajat Sethi and Dhruv Nath and included associates Meher Mehta and Vinayaditya Reddy.
S&R advised UPS along with international corporate law firm King & Spalding. The team was led by partners Rahul Patel and John Hyman and included associate Zack Peffer.
