S&R Associates advised ISCL

S&R Associates represented the Committee of Creditors of Indian Steel Corporation Limited ("ISCL"), a manufacturer of cold rolled steel & coated steel products, in the corporate insolvency resolution of ISCL and its acquisition by AM Mining India, a part of the ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel joint venture, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The S&R team was led by partners Divyanshu Pandey and Sudip Mahapatra and included associates Apurv Sharma and Rajat Maloo on restructuring matters, including the corporate insolvency resolution process and resolution plan; and partner Shahezad Kazi and associates Tripti Sharma and Utkarsh Trivedi on litigation matters.
