S&R Associates acted for OPC Asset Solutions in its acquisition by CHG-MERIDIAN AG
S&R Associates represented OPC Asset Solutions, an asset lifecycle manager, in its acquisition by CHG-MERIDIAN AG, an international technology management and financing company for IT, industrial, and healthcare technology.
OPC Asset Solutions was founded in 2005 and supports a large range of local and international customers. According to a Press Release, R. Venkatesan, Managing Director of OPC Asset Solutions said, "As a new member of the CHG-MERIDIAN Group, we will benefit from a number of synergies and an instant global footprint that will allow us to meet our customers' needs."
CHG-MERIDIAN AG said in a statement, "With this we enable our international customers to participate in a very promising growth market – with an Indian partner who shares our technology focus and, like us, is committed to the circular economy business model."
The S&R team was led by partners Sanjeev Adlakha and Prachi Goel and counsel Kinnari Sanghvi, and included associates Shreya Jaipuria, Nikhitha Tadigoppula and Varun Yadav.
