S&R Associates Advised United Parcel Service JV with InterGlobe

S&R Associates Advised United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), the global leader in logistics, in the creation of a joint venture in India with InterGlobe Enterprises, an Indian travel and hospitality conglomerate. The joint venture will provide logistics services and solutions in India under the brand MOVIN.

The S&R Associates team was led by partners Rajat Sethi and Dhruv Nath and included associates Meher Mehta and Vinayaditya Reddy.

S&R Associates advised UPS along with King & Spalding LLP, whose team was led by partners Rahul Patel and John Hyman, and included associate Zack Peffer.
