SNG & Partners Advised State Bank Of India On ₹775 Cr Lease Rental Loan To Velankani Information Systems
SNG & Partners, has advised State Bank of India on a significant transaction. The State Bank has sanctioned a lease rental term loan fund-based facility of ₹775.44 crores and a credit exposure non-fund-based facility of ₹17.51 crores to Velankani Information Systems Private Limited for their real estate project in Electronic City, Bengaluru.
In their role, SNG & Partners offered comprehensive legal guidance and support throughout the transaction. This included advising on legal matters, documentation support, and negotiating and finalizing the facility and security documents. The transaction was executed seamlessly within stringent timelines, reflecting the firm's efficiency and expertise.
