SNG & Partners successfully acted as legal counsel to Punjab National Bank (PNB) in a major Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) financing transaction valued at INR 900 crores, benefiting multiple entities of the K Raheja Group. The financing was structured to facilitate the repayment of loans and the redemption of debt instruments by the Group's entities.
