Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Torrent Gas Moradabad Limited to acquire 100% shareholding of Sanwariya Gas Limited from its shareholders. The date of signing was 29 March, 2021. This acquisition will allow the Torrent Gas Moradabad Limited to enter the city gas distribution business in the geographical area of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
